2. What this policy covers
This policy applies to personal data we process when you visit this website, contact us, attend our training sessions or work with us as a client, supplier or partner. Our services are intended for businesses, so most of the data we handle is business contact information.
3. Personal data we collect
- Enquiry details: your name, email address, company or store name, the service you are interested in and the content of your message.
- Client and contact data: names, job titles, business contact details, correspondence, contract and invoicing details.
- Training data: attendance, completed exercises, feedback and, where you agree, session recordings.
- Technical data: information our hosting provider records when you visit the site, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time of the request.
- Preference data: the cookie choice you make, stored in your own browser.
We do not intentionally collect special category data, such as health information. Please do not include it in your messages.

We do not send marketing emails unless you have asked to receive them, and we do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
5. How the contact form works
The form on our contact page does not store or send your data from this website. When you select “Send message”, your own email app opens with a pre-filled email addressed to us. Your message only reaches us if you choose to send it from your email account.
6. Who we share data with
We share personal data only where necessary, with:
- providers of email, file storage and office software that we use to run the business;
- our website hosting provider;
- professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers;
- banks and payment providers, to process invoices and payments;
- public authorities, where we are required to by law.
Our providers act on our instructions and must protect your data. We never sell personal data.
7. International transfers
Some of our providers store or process data outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or on appropriate safeguards, such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
